The Panthers have actually been shorthanded just 188 times this season which is 25th in the league. Their 41 fighting majors really get their penalty minutes up. The team with 2nd most fighting majors are Anaheim and Calgary with 25.

Well, according to stats, 1st period is the Panthers' only one where they outscore opponents.....but we are up 2-1 on them.
2nd period has been owned by the Lightning....hoping they continue that trend and not give the Panthers back what they took from them in the 1st.

Overall though, the Panthers have been trying all sorts of things to get TB off their game and for the most part, it hasn't worked.

Weird angle goal aside, I thought the Bolts played a mostly good first, despite some turnovers which Vasy had to bail the team out of.
