If it hit his stick after the glove and then his foot, that would have counted

But before that, it was off his hand. Look at hand pass rules. That puck isn't allowed to be played or scored until either Kase played it with his stick or a Chicago player plays it. That puck isn't allowed to be a goal until one of those things happen
