Is a strong starting spot with returning players.

Always so hard to predict a year out. Team is likely going to need Lindstrom and Catton to be important players even at 18 years.

I'd imagine Barlow, Barkey, Ritchie, Nadeau and Gauthier will be there. Myatovic maybe for some size and scoring?

No shortage of offense from the blueline, that's for sure. There is a handful of offensive d, could be a really good skating blueline. Wonder if someone like Andrew Gibson would be there to help bring some size and stability.

Myatovic has now aged out, he's a late 2004, this was his last year World Junior eligible.

Some notes:
- Cowan, Yager, Rehkopf, Wood are all possible returnees and Yager, Wood, Rehkopf all finnished top 4 in scoring on this years team only behind Celebrini.
- Gauthier, Barlow and MacDonell are all probably Hockey Canada kind of guys especially for bottom 6 roles
- As or right now M.Misa and McKenna probably wouldn't be slotted on next years team, but both have the ability to explode next season and push for spots.

I would try something along these lines:

Catton-Lindstrom-Wood
Rehkopf-Yager-Barlow
Nadeau-Ritchie-Cristall
Lardis-Cowan-McQueen/Martone
McQueen/Martone-Cataford

Dickinson-Bonk
Molendyk-Yakemchuk
Elick-Gibson
Akey-Dragicevic

Hopefully a good reset next year. This years team just felt off from the announcement of the camp roster.

Projects out as a much better roster although the unexpected players who make and stick in the NHL could always change it.

Meh mediocre college players that are too scared to play in a real league so run to play in an inferior league are not what we need.
Jumped the shark with this one as far as any plausible deniability of being a serious person. Power, Fantilli, Celebrini are all very recent Canadian prospects that played in NCAA.

I'm worried that NIL is gonna lure guys away from the CHL in the future.

In the future, maybe. It's meaningless right now.

Michael Misa needs to be on the team , going to be a star and is going to really continue his incredible young career ,

On pace for 82 points this season as a 16 year old , he’s no Bedard but he is going to be a really good player

How long did they actually play in the NCAA though? It is not as if they were developed long term in that system.
