It's possible his symptoms didn't show up until well after event

It can take hours so yes basically.

But the question is how could they be this careless?
They know he’s had 2 concussions and were getting destroyed in media.

& then you see him hit his head like that

Wno is "they"? You just admitted it could have been hours before symptoms showed.

If anything, the onus would be on the NFL and it's concussion spotters to have seen that and taken him off the field.

Spotters are never going to take a guy off the field who isn't showing any symptoms.

Then there's no solution to a situation like this. The onus is on the spotters, not the team, to get a guy who might've had a concussinon out of there.

Pulling a guy who might have hit his head with concussion history, but is showing no obvious symptoms immediately after, seems like a dangerous and slippery slope....so i don't know if you could have really prevented this.

I mean if/when they saw the hit did anyone take him to protocol?
Especially after his history this season with concussions

Another question is do these supposed spotters even exist at this point?

DeVante Parker clearly got concussed against Arizona and not a single f***ing thing was done. He didn't get pulled until his own teammate told him to sit down because he wasn't right.

Like if you can't spot this, what the f*** are you even there for?

The only other thing they can do basically is do a check at halftime on everyone, but I doubt that can work with 106 players.

Week 3 against the Bills: It was painfully obvious that Tua had a concussion.

Yep.

The back excuse made zero sense then and makes zero sense now.

& getting back to back concussions makes it that much easier for them to repeat for Tua.

& what was at the time laughed at if he now has a 3rd we are starting to be at a point where they are becoming career threatening

They did with Bridgewater lol

But it seems like that was the aberration to punish the Fins for the Tua thing, the spotters are just hood ornaments otherwise (exhibit A, DeVante Parker the other week, exhibit B this)

I'm curious to see if the investigation turns anything up.

There's definitely a possibility everyone straight up missed it. Tua popped up off the field as if nothing was wrong and while those 3 INTs were horrendous, he had already thrown a couple similarly ugly ones in the last couple weeks.

Not ideal but i would prefer heads to roll if the investigation comes back with evidence suggesting the Dolphins somehow knew.

The NFL claimed the spotter saw Bridgewater stumble while he was being evaluated for an elbow injury from the same play.

Whether that's true or not is open to interpretation, I suppose.

Focused too much on the hard hits rather than the kind of play that got Tua concussed.

What equipment or views do the spotters have? Do they have a tablet to see close up shots of the players or are they sitting in the coaches box in the stands and only relying on their eyes?
