Happy he's "retiring." I respect what he did for us in building a SB champ and consistent playoff contender but its time to move on. His frugal spending habits have hurt the team now and they need to go all out for Rodgers remaining elite years (unless he's a freak of nature like Brady and stays elite). Elliott Wolf is the front runner, but I wouldn't be opposed to going outside the organization.
Murphy would never fire him, so its good to see he was willing to step aside and just take a comfy advisory role.
