This team looks a whole lot stronger than last years team.

Last tournament with Grönborg....who should replace him?

Brain says Bendelin, just the most Swedish thing to do.

What about Sam Hallam otherwise? Växjö has to fail badly first though and not just a poor start.

Simply too many good players coming up right now.

If our fourth line is Ahl - Stenlund - Karlsson, should we be happy then?

Chances of W. Nylander coming are very slim I think. A line of Lindblom - Holmström - Alex Nylander would be interesting to watch but I'm not so sure the younger Nylander even makes the team.

That defense is so solid on paper and Andersson/Kylington not even available.

Offense is kinda deep but not totally clear who should be on a scoring line.

I know Jacob Larsson is on a darn good team... but from the games I have watched of him this season he has been awesome... which is something for a guy his age in the SHL.

Should be interesting to see if Sandstrom or Soderstrom are starter... I would have bet on Soderstrom to start the season, but with the way Sandstrom has played in the SHL he has to be a serious consideration now.

This roster could really contend. (though ofc that should be an expectation virtually ever year.)

Who do you guys think are the best players on this team and who are you counting on to produce?

Nylander is the star if he's there.

On defense Forsling will carry a heavy offensively load, almost certainly man the #1 PP. Kylington will also play a lot of offensive minutes if he's on the team. I'd expect the returnees to net the most points up front, like Holmström & Lindblom. Kempe will be there too I guess. I expect a big tournament from Eriksson Ek, and could see someone like Kovacs light it up quite a bit if given a scoring role. But it's not clear cut behind Nylander.

If you look at PP and imagine points, I can see the first unit being Nylander, Kempe, Holmström, Lindblom, Forsling if all are available.

Kovac an Holmström seem to have been hot in Finland, maybe especially the former who was 3+1 and had pts in all games. Holmström had 4 pts in one game against the Czech (6-0 win) but was scoreless in the rest.
