Yeah, I bet Nylander is in the NHL next year.

Should be an interesting squad though, especially as so many 96-born players had a prominent role this year.

I think Lööke will have a great next season in Brynäs, he might be the star of our next WJC team!

Joel Eriksson Ek, Pierre Engvall and Albin Storm are two typical guys who they usually pick for bottom-6 roles.

Very tough on D, Gustav Bourraman, Markus Pettersson, Jacob Larsson and William Pethrus all look very good but what can you do with 4 guys returning + Kylington, Rasmus Andersson.

Lots of promising guys at all positions for '97, let's hope guys like Asplund and Lööke and the aforementioned defencemen can develop into real stars and go-to guys before 2017.

I thought we lacked D that could move the puck this year. R. Andersson, Pettersson, Aho, Bouramman & Lindgren are definitely high end in that area. I'd rather see a group of skilled 2-way D instead of mixing in too many big physical players, it would be a much better fit to the style our team is supposed to play.

I also want to see some more speedy forwards next year.

I really liked him this tournament, I think he showed some great instincts and played well overall, especially for a 17 year old. However I think Grundström has been better this season and I think he will be the more prominent player come next season.

But only time will tell.

There is a U19 tournament coming up in early february. Interesting what the roster will looke like.

Even if no WJC players get invited, there's still quite a bit of good players available to build a strong team. Kylington, Kovacs, Pettersson, Ollas Mattsson, Grundström, Asplund, Ek Eriksson, Törnqvist, Forsberg and so on.

I know that he is a lock in Grönborgs mind, but I do not think that Anton Karlsson add anything unless he improve his game by a mile to next year. He was a very promising player and are still in many ways, but his devolopment have stop and gone in reverse. He should not have been in the team this year.

I would like to see Lang, speedy and very creative, fits probably very well in WJC.

Grundström is a lock right now, he is just a beast, and his playstyle could be useful.

Ottosson can be a surprise.

Think there will be more players from the U18 team also presented today than from that team.

No Pethrus in the U18 team? The only big surprise there I could see.

My dark horse for this tournament is Jesper Boqvist, if he can put on some weight in the summer.
