OT: 2016 Ottawa Music Festival and Concerts Thread

I tried to get tickets but I went on at 12:05 and there was nothing left because I wanted to go with 2 friends

I got tickets today when they went on at noon (ended up being section 324)... was trying to find an insider promo code but had no luck.
No idea why I don't get the emails since I've got tickets from CTC before and actually have that box checked to say 'send me emails!!!'

There was no CTC insider pre-sale, only way you could get ahead of the general public was to be a full Sens seat holder in the 100's and 200's...being one in the 300's i was out of luck and worked the phones and online right at 12. Best i could do was section 201 row A right in the middle so i suspect most of the floor and 100 level seats were grabbed in the season seat holders pre-sale. I imagine similar to every other time they sold out very quick!

This is an extremely legit lineup. Figures I would be out of town this year.

That Way home lineup is my Woodstock. Those are legitimately some of my favourites at one festival. My friends and I are all so excited. Never thought I'd ever get to see LCD Sound System. This is gonna be dope AF.

Really hope The Struts come to Bluesfest. Really like their stuff, they could breakout at any moment, that signer has it.

RHCP is playing the Quebec fest on Saturday July 16, I would be shocked if they don't also perform at Bluesfest. Friday night or Sunday to close out the fest sounds about right.
