He's clearly better than ECHL talent. Why is he there?

There's not many injuries in the organization. Ahead of him in Utica are Wotherspoon, Russo, Misyul, Vukojevic, Hatakka, and Cal Foote, so he's not dressing regularly.

I like Vilen and want to see him succeed but he needs to grt out of the ECHL asap if he has NHL potential. Not man defensmen come from that league that stick in the NHL.

He’s got a bunch of older guys ahead of him. Based on these couple of games it doesn’t sound like the ECHL is any sort of challenge

Vilen back with Utica?


Well his 10 points in 6 games gave him an ECHL leading 1.67 PPG, so Topias is in fact too good for the ECHL.

The Thunder got their 6th win in row, they’re 22-8-2 now.

So Vilén was a Juggernaut on a Juggernaut. A Juggernaut inception if you will.
