The game in Sweden last year, had only swedish and canadian oilers fans around me but every american Devils fan who walked by gave me a fist bump or a high-five, and to see Marty and Patty was just beautiful and amazing.

Devils @ Sharks, 2010, Devils lost 5-2.
On vacation from Australia, did the California road trip of San Jose, Anaheim, then Los Angeles.
I did manage to see Brodeur get the win against the Ducks, we won 2-1.
That was also the Kings game where Parise did his knee and we lost 3-1.

All in all, a great first trip to see the Devils play. I've gone on to see over 20 more Devils games since.

A young rookie named Teemu Selanne scored both his team's goals.

A NJ rookie Bill Guerin fought someone.

Game ended tied 2-2

December 8, 2001 at the Meadowlands vs. the Capitals. 3-1 win.

Jagr and Zubrus were on the Caps and Gonchar scored their only goal. Rafalski scored the game-winner.

It was a crazy game from start to finish. Definitely a great first game to see. Well except for the loss.

March 6, 1988, 4-2 W over the Flyers. One day after I turned 6. First NHL game I ever saw in person, have been a fan ever since. Started playing hockey earlier that year (still playing beer league).

My dad took me to an isles vs devs game at the colisuem, part of a school event. I loved red, #4, and seeing action. Steven's checked off that list and was really physical that game. I also played goalie in the street and liked the way Brodeur did the 2 pad stacks. Isles won, but from that day I became a devils fan from NY.

the earliest game I can remember I do no I’d idea when it was. I was like 7 or 8 and All I remember is choking on a handful of popcorn and then coughing it all up over the completely unaware kid in front of me and my dad facepalming.

My first NHL and Devils game was November 1st 2014. Devils won 3-2 against the Blue Jackets. Zidlicky, Henrique and Larsson scored for the Devils. I was just so excited to get to see Elias and Jagr.

I'm a Giants fan and was in NJ/NY with a buddy who is a Colts and Rangers fan. We went to the Giants-Colts MNF game as well as two Devils games and one Rangers game.
