didn't know those who couldn't wrestle could have five star matches.
Meltzer ratings are garbage. He is handing out 6 star ratings to the indy darlings.

That's besides the point. His matches with Cena and Bryan were special. He did a huge amount of work to pull out Undertaker's last great Wrestlemania match, he had great work with Jericho at the time where Jericho was declining (back at a high quality thanks to DDP Yoga), he had another five star match with Lesnar which was absolutely fantastic, had good matches with Del Rio, and pulled a gassed in 5 minutes Rock to a watchable match despite the poor result.Meltzer ratings are garbage. Are we going to blame Punk and say he can't work because he had a couple of poor matches with Rollins when he was sick as a dog and had untreated concussions and depression? Because his body of work says he absolutely can work. Not at Styles' level, but at the time, Punk was still one of the top guys in the company because what he didn't have in athletic ability he made up for in psychology and storytelling.
