Ovechkin is clearly just trolling the Leafs because the Capitals players, particularly the stars, have always been great in the playoffs and didn't need to "figure out" anything. They just needed some luck and finally got it.

I'd like to see Leipsic on the second or third line to see if they can get him going offensively. Doesn't have to be permanent but get him some shifts with playmakers. Hagelin can hold down the fort at 4LW.

I'd like to see Reirden eventually put Hagelin, Dowd/Stephenson and Hathaway together and give them a little more ice time than a typical 4th line, somewhere in the ~14min range.

I just have a feeling Holtby will have serious trouble against the Leafs tonight. Despite Samsonov being scored on 5 times against the Canucks, the kid has something to him where he can adjust his game when it matters most as he shut the door after giving up those 5. Holtby just hasn't shown that ability anymore. I'm kind of expecting Samsonov to come in for Holtby, at some point during this game.

Caps are paying Hagelin $2.75 million. They are not gonna put him on the 4th line unless he's really struggling with his game.
