You need better parameters, such as who played X number of games or the like.
Otherwise, someone like Calvin Pickard, who played all of one game for the Leafs, might take it.
Scott Clemmensen, with a total of three games played, would have to be up there too, but I'm pretty sure that's not what we're looking for.
However, categorically, Sebstien Centomo would take the cake. Who? Look it up.

Sparks is the worst goalie to play for the Leafs. He’s possibly the worst in NHL history.

Wrong. Glenn Healy is a Stanley cup champ and is 112th all time in wins. Not even close to the worst. He was a very good backup and had a 14 year career.
Habs fans would probably argue that was Racicot. I certainly enjoyed their moaning about him
