Tellqvist was average, not bad.

I disliked the way Tellqvist played though: all frantic, overplaying shooters and out of his crease way too often to challenge shooters. Completely old style that was gone by the 2000's.

Trevor Kidd was a good NHL goalie for about a decade before the version we saw. Heck, Glenn Healy was a decent NHL goalie in his prime too.

That was the dark period, when the Leafs goaltending was Peter Ing, Allan Bester and Jeff Reese... and they were all ****ING TERRIBLE.

Leaf fans today are panicking over being a .500 team.

The ‘80’s Ballard years were a never ending nightmare.

Wendel and Salming were the only reasons to watch that team.

Jeff Reese, Peter Ing, Allan Bester were all various levels of horrible. Ken Wregget was bad here even though he carved out a decent career for himself
