Fletcher is going to be sweating every time Wild guys are battling each other.

Decent 1st from Finnish POV. Määttä with couple of bad giveaways, Haula still looks fast and I actually noticed Laine twice. Still a bit sloppy, but that's to be expected with guys fresh off training and still "rusty".

Just woke up for the 2nd. Read that 1st was decent, well this start of the 2nd certainly doesn't look like it. Vatanen looks atrocious still. Well, let's see.

lol, Melrose just put Haula in a category with Koivu as "one of those guys who's been around for a while"

Haula, the 3rd year pro who probably has less than 20 caps for Finland

Turned out to be a nice game in the end. That Parise falling looked weird and scary.

Did he continue to play? I'm sure we would have heard about an injury by now.

Actually didn't pay enough attention during the game. Thought he was ok, because no one mentioned any injuries. Commentators or fans..

Did part of one of the ads on the boards just come off after a hit there or am I seeing things?

I know it really didn't, but something with the digital ads made it look that way.

Suter has a lot of ice time so far. Haven't seen Parise at all, heard his name a couple times.

Ehrhoff is looking oddly competent for Europe.
