Just like the last 6 years of playoff hockey and international competition, it ended in the way that would piss me off the most.

The only thing hype about this tourney was the young-gun NA team. I'm glad this is over.

Canada had about 9 passengers along for the ride that contributed nothing towards the teams success.

Even though I hate them, having 2 of the top players in this tourney(Sid and Marchand) come from the Halifax area is pretty nice to see. Then add in MacKinnon and all the local boys played very well.

Playing this tournament after his injury was the best thing that could have happened to him. Now he's ready for the season.

Fwiw....I saw the other day an interview with a Burns and Thorton and they asked who was the biggest prankster on the team....and Burns said Giroux.
