After what Chevy got for the PLD trade, PLD wanting out of the Peg was a blessing in disguises and maybe the best thing to ever happen to the Jets.

If Kupari makes any serious noise for the Jets we'll have to put HFKings on a collective suicide watch. And / or a collective homicide watch if a certain hockey executive is seen in public.

I mean I thought it was a good trade but I wasn't expecting pierre to score 35 points and look like a moist biscuit doing it.

Canadian sports media meets today to discuss Winnipeg Jets NHL rise to 1st in the league:

The media can’t wait until the Jets falter ,THEN we will get coverage.
Our goals against is a fantastic storyline that’s not getting much attention.
The Nucks are in the same boat as us as far as coverage.
Seems like Toronto and Edmonton can do no wrong.
Toronto simply isn’t a great team.
Credit to Edmonton for turning it around in a huge way.

I predict the Canucks take a pretty hefty dive in the second half. They have half their team shooting 5-10 percentage points higher than their career averages, it won't last.
