Yep. I think the numbers look even better if you exclude undrafted players or limit to top three round picks (not the point of PCS but a way to weed out the "obviously" eye-tes/traditional scouting opinion "bad" players)
Could be wrong on that though, pretty sure PCS is blind to everything but height and team scoring/scoring
