We hear a lot about how good Samberg looks and how he has all the tools. But I'm really curious, what is this "looks so good" based on? I'm guessing that there isn't a lot of tape on him. Who here has actually seen him play?

I've been voting Nogier for a while now. I think he could end up being a third pairing shutdown guy for the Jets for a long time. Depending on the injury situation, he may see some Jets hockey this year yet.

Lots and lots of scouts from different organizations, NHL and others. There are some videos of him on this forum, too.

jets must definitely have the #1 prospect pool if stanley is ranked #10.

unless i am missing something :)

That's based on the assumption that the 83.16% of people who voted for someone other than Stanley, vote Stanley next round. I have other guys well above him still that are listed. Either way though the days of us having a top 3 pool are over. For now at least.

Stanley is still a ways away for me as well too.

I'm just going to largely follow Garret's list because I think he might have a hot clue. ;)

Except Lemieux. Sorry, I think this guy is a hot mess. The whack job didn't fall far from the head case in that family.

Lemieux was most improved skater at camp if rumour I'd to be believed? Should be top 13 or so me thinks.

Lemieux was absolutely flying out there. His improved skating has perhaps rescued his chance at playing in the NHL. We know he has some scoring ability. Couple that with a quicker game and he could possibly become what we all hoped he could be.
Now if he can keep his mental game in check.

I still think Lemieux might emerge as a "pleasant surprise" at training camp.
