Green for me - so he has no chance. Then Foley.

Samberg is still just a high school player who has shown very little against tougher competition.

I Am going to concede that Sam-berg will win #9 vote in a landslide.

I am however voting for Foley. U.S.A. W.J.C Gold medal winner and a big part of N.C.A.A Providence team. Almost a point per game player last year and led his team in goals scored. Looked good playing with Rozlo in Dev. Camp.

APPLETON should weigh in around vote 11-14.

I hope Samberg is a big success, if only to demonstrate that watching a player play is a legitimate way of assessing skill.

Kosmo-CHUCK's heir.

I liked Kosmo-chuk when he was putting up 100 points up for Guelph in the O.H.L. To bad he could not transition that production to the Pro ranks.

I have not seen much of Samberg (Sam-Berg) and am looking forward to see him at the N.C.A.A level after all this Hype on hf Jets.

I don't dispute that. Watching him play against inferior competition is what I have a problem with. Even if his ceiling is AHL lifer he should look outstanding against that USHS opposition. Every aspect of his game should stand out.

He could turn out to be a great player or a complete bust. I just don't consider him as having a resume yet. He is like that kid trying to get his first job. You have to have experience to get hired. You have to get hired to get experience. A reality that = an empty resume.

Samberg here - he seems like a good, high upside, swing-for-the-fences pick. The Jets have done pretty well scouting guys in the US and his situation is a little unusual...so hopefully he bucks the dismal trend of 2nd round USHS guys and turns into a decent player.
