complete toss up. These could go in any order and even then a couple of prospects with an outside shot of making the NHL won't even make the top 20. A nice problem to have.

I went with Archibald as I think he will be ready either this year or next to contribute to our 4th line. If he could take that 4th LW and give us the sort of impact that Nolan or King get from the Kings.

Looking at who is left I don't think Subban is going to make my top 20. And where to put Labate and Grenier?

Can someone explain to me why no one is picking Alex Grenier? How is his potential not higher than the guys that are still listed. If he becomes more engaging to contact, would he not skyrocket.

Who doesn't like a 6'5, who can skate. He put up 31 points in 37 games, which is more than Mallet. There comes a point where, sure there are a lot of interesting grinders in the system, but you have to realize that a lot of them lack any offensive skill. A guy like Blomstrand hasn't show any offensive ability anywhere. If he does in the future, okay you can say he might turn into something, but there's no proof that he has any offensive skill.

Mcnally should continue falling, he missed a year. He's a huge question mark right now because we have no idea how his development is going.

At least you can make a case for Archibald, for sticking in the AHL. You could even make a case for the junior kids because of their potential, but it makes no sense to vote for Blomstrand and/or McNally.

If Jordan Subban grows a bit bigger, he'll be a real prospect. Cole Cassels will get his opportunity and even then, he's not shy against contact and could still end up playing a bottom six role, unlike his father. Then there's Joe Cannata who played well in the AHL. Plus, Lain who might compete for the 4th line job in the NHL. how do these guys rank lower than Blomstrand and McNally.

I have been voting Kellan Lain for a while now.

Low ceiling but probably going to play at least 1 game next year. For that alone I think he's a prospect worth mentioning.

See I had Subban just outside my top 10. I think his skill set and potential is much better then many guys already picked, his size is the only thing really holding him back. I will personally put more trust in genetics kicking in and him growing a couple inches to be closer in size to his brother then guys developing the level of skill they haven't yet shown that Subban already has.
