Great goalie 2011 - 2021.
Behind a bad roster for many of those seasons.
Won a Hart Trophy.
HOF .... probably but not a lock. Lunquist is in and Price was as good or better.

When I think of "current roster" I don't think about Carey. Probably should.

Stammer - 100%
Kuch - 100%
Hedman - 100%
VASY - 85%(but probably will go to 100% if he returns to Vasy of old...which he is doing)

Matthews has the highest chance and if he stays with leafs whole career he should. Not sure if Nylander, Marner, and Rielly will get their numbers retired.

On the habs realistically slafkovsky is the only one at this point and he'd need to become a PPG player next year and likely stay there for 1000 games. Outside shot for Suzuki if he wins a selke or 2 + we win a cup while he's here

and Price, if you count his contract as "active"

Possibly: Letang, Fluery (hopefully not)

20 years from now, once the Penguins realize that winning 3 cups with a group of the same players is not normal, they will then agree to retire Letang and MAF. Until then, it will be 21, 66, 68, 71, 87

Kreider and Fox. Everyone else is cup contingent.

ETA: this assumes the rangers keep fox for 85+% of his career, and he has a normal trajectory for guys as good as he is.

Yes if they continue how they play now. I can also see Staal if he is part of bringing another Cup to Raleighwood
I know Rod loves him, but he's just not anywhere close to number retirement caliber as a player. He's got longevity and loyalty, but has never been a good enough player to warrant it.

Again as Captain of the major turnaround and if he Captains them to a cup i can see it.
