Speculation: Where does Tanev sign and what contact does he get?

Basically the title is the entire thread premise. Does Vancouver have the cap space for him?

I was thinking he could be a good fit for Pittsburgh as we could use a 3RD, and his brother plays here.

Due to Benning giving all that money to Myers last off season they likely have to choose between Toffoli and Tanev this year unless they find a taker for Ericcson's contract.

Id imagine most of the league will be interested in a right shot top 4 D.

Isn't that a bit crazy? He is 30. I'd think even Vancouver would only give him like, 4x4 at most as far as term and money goes.

I would say 3 years 5mil seems reasonable. He could probably get a bit more if he went elsewhere, we just can’t afford to pay him more if we want to keep everyone.
