Recent events may have swayed the board towards Kraken. I don't mind it though, logo is a little "meh" on first impression, but it could still grow on me.

Whales eat giant squids though, so I like that imagery.

I have been an ice hockey and NHL fan since the '90s, but I have never had "my team" in the NHL - living so far away from the continent. I have enjoyed the midnight games during student times, playoff battles, exciting players and especially the goalies of the decades going crazy and standing on their heads.

Seattle Kraken already feels different from the other teams. The north and the sea coast, the city and the name, the look and feel of the team. I can relate to those. Can you feel the love? I'm starting to.
