Vikings game is turning into close to a must win at this point. If St. Louis holds on against Seattle and the Vikings lose to the Giants, it's far from a sure thing that they'll get in.

If the Vikings lose @ Packers, Seahawks lose vs. Cardinals and Falcons beat the Saints (I'd say the Cardinals, Packers and Falcons are all the favorites there), then the Vikings don't make the playoffs.

Crazy how quickly things can turn.

the Falcons would also need 3 of the following(if we ignore ties) Denver win, Carolina win, SF win, Tennessee win.

Denver and Carolina would be favorites, Tennessee and SF not so much.

It becomes a lot more likely if Seattle lose and the Vikings lose tonight because of the tough matchups those teams have next week, but it's still far from likely.

Schofield is pissy because of the picture, and that wasn't even the first time they did that. There's a difference between having fun and doing stuff like that, and taunting. I'm really not sure why the NFL and some media/******** parents have to lump it all together. The Panthers have fun, and the biggest taunt of the year went unwritten about, unflagged, and unfined (Norman waving at Bortles during his pick 6 in game one).

Panthers taunt and talk ****, which is fine but expect it returned. You sure like to make them the victim in every situation.

So Carolina, at 14-1, still have to play starters next week to clinch home field. Arizona wins the tiebreaker.

The problem is there's a blatant agenda against Carolina or Cam for "dancing" or "showboating" or "talking ****" or "being classless"

HOW DARE THEY BRING BATS OUT DURING PRACTICE

HOW DARE CAM NEWTON DANCE

HOW DARE CAM NEWTON "SHOWBOAT"

Showboating is what DeSean Jackson does. Cam Newton just rips apart his shirt playfully and grins. And some people think he is "showing up the opposition" or "rubbing it in". So tired of the Cam and Panther hate. And I don't care much for the Panthers

It's a given at this point that's the game NBC picks up. Not much else will have guaranteed meaning.

Winner of that game gets home field for the wild card round, and there's still the slim possibility a loss means Minny goes home for the season.

Think if Minnesota loses tonight they couldn't win the division even with a win but not sure.

I'd rather see them put on a game where a playoff potential team is playing a team trying to spoil their parry. Not big on a winner take all game considering the two would likely play again the next week.

Not technically. Seattle and Arizona. Arizona could win the NFC if Carolina loses. Seattle could miss the playoffs with a loss.

Which begs the question who wins an Atlanta/Seattle tiebreaker?

Atlanta can only get in if they win a 3-way tie on strength of victory. And they don't even control their destiny on that.

Seattle and Arizona won't be SNF since Arizona doesn't control their destiny for home field.
