On their first TD drive the Colts punched the ball out before the runner was down but they ruled him down and play dead. Dallas got to the line the next play and got the ball off quick.

If you want to be considered a top tier elite QB, you can't be in the bottom third of the league in passing DVOA.

And this isn't a just this year thing either. Couldn't get it done against the Raiders in a do or die game last year either. He's the king of garbage time. Great for fantasy (and raw numbers), not so good for actually winning football games.
