Ummm, on a 2 on 1 his responsibility is the shooter. If the pass is completed, all he can do is get over assuming a one time shot is coming.

A guy receiving a pass on a 2 on 1 should never be able to deke. Why? Because the defender should already be close to him.

The reason Fiala had time here is because Buff was way to far over playing the shooter.
