L.A. should have never got this far so even if they lose game 7 well done Kings.

Nobody remembers how many games a team wins in the first round of the playoffs. All they remembered is who won the cup. Let's not exaggerate a few wins and turn that into a historical moment. Jets beat the oilers 3 times in 1990 and put the oilers on the brink of elimination. Did you remember that? The Stanley cup has the oilers as champions in 1990. So the jets should be proud of beating them 3 times that year. Right?

The LA Kings are a rebuilding team. Some may say they have no business being in the playoffs. That’s neither here nor there. The Blackhawks back in 2011 were coming off of back to back cup wins and were still regarded as a good team. These teams and situations are nowhere near comparable.

People making a mountain out of a molehill like this poster. Playoffs is playoffs. Every game should be competitive as is. On any given day any team can win in the playoffs.

He’s like 95% of the Oilers efforts anyhow, the game will hinge one whether the entire Kings roster can match McDavids offense one more night.


I expect the Oilers to take it. It was close in game 6 tho but the Kings guys keep making unforced errors every single game, so the Oilers just need the slightest edge as a team and they can get the extra goal (assuming the Kings do show up at all)

The Kings already FAR exceeded expectations, now I just hope Edmonton closes this out next game so we don’t have an entire summer about reading how they lost to the refs

It is impressive that the Kings have taken the Oilers to a game 7, especially considering it's without Doughty, who was playing 25+ minutes a night for them.
