DeSmith carrying us to wins against Nashville and Edmonton then Demko coming back for round 3 and the finals to cap it off is the plan hereOver the past couple of seasons, teams have won a Cup with some pretty ordinary goaltending. But losing Demko could be the 'worst case scenario' for the Canucks.
Are we sure the MRI was after? If so, damn. Devastating
Silovs is erratic at the AHL levelIs DeSmith better than Silvos?
I think so, I think this fanbase overrates SilovsIs DeSmith better than Silvos?
Alright, fair enough. Not sure why I remembered that differently.
You're right but the issue seems to be more of how the team plays in front of goalies not named Demko.Over the past couple of seasons, teams have won a Cup with some pretty ordinary goaltending. But losing Demko could be the 'worst case scenario' for the Canucks.
That’s a standard goalie surgery though. Improves flexibility in the butterfly. Tons of goalies get itDemko does have a long injury history.
He had double hip surgery at age 20 9 years ago. That isn't normal.
Other than the plane crashing or losing Hughes yes you're probably rightOver the past couple of seasons, teams have won a Cup with some pretty ordinary goaltending. But losing Demko could be the 'worst case scenario' for the Canucks.
No chance cuzPred putting up 6+ lil bro
Go touch some grass bro.First playoffs in 9 years ruined because this guy can't f***ing stay healthy
Unbelievable
Tbh, those teams were stacked.Over the past couple of seasons, teams have won a Cup with some pretty ordinary goaltending. But losing Demko could be the 'worst case scenario' for the Canucks.
I mean lets be real, I wouldn't exactly consider the Canucks a 1A contender this season. Despite their record, I think they were a bit of an extended Cinderella story coming into the playoffs. NYR, Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Winnipeg, Boston, Toronto, Vegas, Edmonton, and Dallas are all probably more stacked "contenders" than the Canucks.Tbh, those teams were stacked.
Canucks aren't a stacked team. They are a threat because they have a good team and had one of the best goalies active in the playoffs.
Tochett has a special way of talking to the media that just brings me comfort that things are going to be okay.
