For me it's a little easier because I already (shamefully) pretty much gave up on the series after game 4. So I'm definitely very nervous, but it still feels like a bonus to even be here so that makes it not quite so bad.

Makes complete sense. I sat in my seat in stunned disbelief until the usher asked us to leave and pretty much dealt with losing the series immediately following game 6. Then I woke up yesterday and felt great because I had sort of gotten over it and started looking forward to game 7 with some guarded optimism. Of course all that optimism and hope led to me waking up dreading the game. Let's just get this over with already.

He looks perennially sad, to me. Like he just got depressing news. In contrast, Gallant always looks like he's on the verge of a heart attack or an aneurysm or something. A very animated man.

I don't think DeBoer cares at all about fighting Gallant but I'm sure it's true the other way around. None of that matters though. Just good fodder.

He does have the sad, unemployed, living out of a motel room "Weekend Dad" look going on. But from what I've heard he's a pretty awesome dude.
