the biggest storyline will be the battle between the two centermen. Ryan O'reilly and bo horvat. both guys good at faceoffs. one is at 57 percent other is 53. i loved watching oreilly when he was in the playoffs last year for the blues. he was a beast! conn smythe winner playing injured and still produce goals/points in the finals against boston. if you're travis green, does petey go head to head with ror or he goes horvat against him and then the blues checking line against petterson?

Mixed feelings about this series. On the one hand, the pressure is completely off the Canucks. They are not expected to win. These are the cup champs and there's no shame in losing to them.
On the other hand, the Canucks did match up well against them during the regular season. That confidence should carry over. Plus, STL was a surprise cup champ. They put it all together at the mid point of last season. Maybe they regress? A quick exit is not going to sit well given this information.
Make a show of it Canucks, whatever happens.

Doesn’t work that way. There’s a three month waiting period, you have to have a permanent residency card, and an intent to immigrate. No way the kid has being born here.

Ngl, some Canucks fans on HF need to chill. In the stanley cup board there seems to be nothing but fights or setting crazy expectations of Hughes.
Don't want to turn into Toronto fans now. This whole Hughes vs Makar calder run has been a real eye-opener at how annoying some canucks fans can be, especially on Twitter.

Hopefully.. But it seems like he's been struggling to pick the corners or goalies are ready for it now.
He scored so many in his rookie season, but I can only recall him getting those in maybe a couple times this whole season.
