Q also did a great job of turning Shaw invisible after maybe the best game of his career. Q ball has to be asked some hard questions

Boudreau diplomatically saying that the Hawks 'can move players in and of the lineup without missing a beat'. I wish he burst out laughing as he said it.

You had the lineup you wanted the first two game and lost 4-1 and won a miraculous game in 3 OT. Stop acting like Q broke up the '96 Wings.

Dude, seriously, come clean- are you just hell bent on playing devil's advocate tonight? Or, do you really not see that the roster decisions tonight killed the previous ability to roll four lines and essentially left us with little hope of the first line, who by the way is playing against the defensive specialists on the other team most of the time, winning the game?

It's not about the first line all the time. You need all of the lines to generate chances. After doing that in games one and two the did almost nothing tonight.

Which is it? Devils advocate or blissfully ignorant?

We can go round and round about lineup changes all day long. The Ducks have scoredn4 goals in the last 9 periods.

If the Hawks do or don't win the Cup it won't be because of Antoine vermette. It will be because the top forward on this team have been invisible to bad. One goal scored in 2 of the 3 games. O-5 on pp. that's not on vermette or Nordstrom

That's kane, sad, sharp, Bickell, Hossa, toews and Richards

Normally after a loss I'm not this upset cause like we'll get them next game, we iced the best team we could and lost. But when you don't ice the best team, it's a game of what-if. And if he doesn't put them back in game 4 I want him fired.

Maybe we see Michael Leighton in between the pipes on saturday night. After all, it's only the Western Conference Finals.

Vermette confirmed healthy. Q wanted fresh legs.

Old man Teuvo just can't handle the minutes apparently.

Fresh legs? This is game 3 of the friggin WCF, why don't you bench Keith as well for fresher legs. And how many minutes did the 20 year old TT play in game 2? Idiot, I have never been more pissed at Q then now.

JFC, finally someone who gets it! Our stars are not putting the puck in the net and the entire team was outworked tonight and consistently lost battles.

Win Saturday and the series takes on a new complexion.

im sorry but this series is over.

No, it's not. Ease off the hyperbole.

Win on Saturday and it's a best of three. Don't win on Saturday, and it'll be a damn uphill battle, but backs against the wall Hawks have won three in a row before.

Ain't over until the handshake line.

Reminds me of the Canucks coach playing the Sedins limited minutes in the playoffs to keep them rested. Rested for WHAT?! The ****ing offseason?

Golf is very taxing on the body.

Next game isn't "must win," but it's damn close. I am still incredibly frustrated.

Is it just me or are you guys getting fed up with Andersen? Who the **** does he think he is? Prime Roy? Mike Smith circa 2012?

He played like an average goalie against both the Jets and Flames, but now plays the best hockey of his career? What a jerk.

I actually don't think there is anyone on this team that pisses me off more than Bickell. A big guy with a great shot. What does he do? Skates into the zone, tries to toe drag, shoots the puck into a couple of shin pads. Repeat.

No one is saying we would have definitely won this game without the lineup changes. The changes he made cannot be justified or defended no matter what the reason was for losing this game.

Nonsense.

In today's NHL you absolutely need a 4-line attack to be successful deep into the playoffs.

The Blackhawks absolutely had that through the first 2 games. They may not have cashed in as much as we would have liked, but they were getting plenty of chances, had the better of possession overall, and split against the top seeded team in the conference on the road in large part because of that 4-line attack.

Tonight, the Blackhawks had 2 lines to the Ducks 4 lines, thanks to the idiocy of Joel Quenneville, and it is absolutely the primary reason they lost this game.
