That was probably the worst one yet. Praise the guy if he makes a nice play or a good clean hit. Pierre is now praising him for cross checking a guy in the back repeatedly.

Pierre, he isn't going to find you after the game and beat you up if you don't heap praise on him all night.

Vegas’ bottom 6 seems so overhyped to me. They all seem like a product of their system.

I can’t see any of them being much more than a 12th forward on any other team. Tuch excluded obviously, as Vegas has 7 top 6 forwards.

Anson Carter claims Reaves is setting the tone, and the only clip they can come up with is a grazing, drive by, dime a dozen hockey hit on Benn. He was a non-factor. Zero. None.

They're just pushing a story line at this point. It's lazy. Vegas had a good period that had absolutely nothing to do with Ryan Reaves.

Yep, no reason to be upset about 0-0 after the first. Now we just need one of those regular season 2nd period 3 goal explosions.

Also, these games are so much less tense to watch with no Mackinnon. I'm actually calm when the puck is in the Stars' zone rather than just tensely waiting for it to inevitably go in the net.

I get that I'm just pissed off at this point and probably looking to be angry at NBC. Tampa is looking to take a commanding 2-0 lead while Vegas is trying to even things up. Should Dallas and the Islanders just apologize for making it this far? That entire intermission was Vegas and Tampa.
