Finally Canada starts to play to their potential :handclap:

Yeah with the yet another DISGUSTING defensive breakdown.

with not working hard enough to get back in defense. Sounds like Sweden is playing like crap with nothing but defensive breakdowns and missed assignments

Canada finally showing up has a lot to do with it, this team can make pretty much anyone look bad when they're on top of their game...which they haven't been almost all tourney.

This game totally shifted midway through the second period. Through the first half of the game it was Canada's defense running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Since then, Sweden's defense has been the unit acting like circus clowns.

6 more minutes, lets go Canada! After those first two goals we looked like we were in some trouble. This Canadian team has so much heart they wont quit. Its awesome to watch them.

The pain wont be over until they get the balls FIRE the clown behind the bench.

Yet another FAILED mission. Hardy plse do a GOOD thing for Swedish hockey and resign

Well it is easier to talk about the coach than about the Swedish players who didn't make the good play or about the good play of Canada since the end of 2nd period...Come on it can't be only the fault of the coach. :dunno:

While exciting because of all the momentum shifts, this has been a very poorly played game. The defenses in particular have been brutal.

Wouldn´t say poorly overall. Some mistakes and some very good play also. Nice goals.

Think canada and sweden are favorites for world cup this year. Hopefully sweden will beat canada in the final = revenge

I don't see Alfie on the ice either. :dunno:

good point!

the so-called stars lost it, while players like hoglund, jonsson were not enough altho they played good. it's sad.

The goals have been nice but many have been the result of defensive breakdowns. Perhaps "poorly" is the wrong adjective, "sloppily" might fit better. The execution has not been tight at all on the defensive end.
