Feel like Jaskin would have been a better fit on the 2019-20 Caps than the 2018-19. Now that the Caps have abundant quantities of other 3rd/4th liners who kill penalties, there might have actually been room for him to get a sweater and not have to be on the PK. Sometimes these things just don't line up with the timeline. Best of luck to him in the KHL.
