Derek Roy is not the answer - we've got too many Derek Roy's. It should be obvious to our management that this team needs energy/personality/toughness. Derek Roy is just an older Jordan Schroeder.

Ryane Clowe and/or Raffi Torres would be what this team needs. And Connauton + a 2nd is quite a steep price for a rental.
