Not really a fan of playing him a ton outside of the region, but he is a player that does well when we are playing Concacaf competition in my opinion. I think he has uses on the bench in the full squad, but not really a fan of him being a favorite so to speak. Like to not cap-tie Musah in the Honduras game so I get to see more Lletget was a pretty stupid move.

It is nice to start to see some depth forming, we need to fix that back-line a little in terms of defending. I hope Dike signs somewhere and Europe and gets lots of playing time, that would be huge for the national team.

It’s not even a better generation. We are getting better, period. It should expand past a four or five year span of good players. There’s no reason we shouldn’t be better than we are, given the amount of kids who play, the facilities, money, diversity in the population, and sporting history of the country.

Yeah, but it's not just the moment (although there is something to be said about how this game, even with all those caveats, is something of a coming of age for this age group). It's also the picture. It's a dope picture of Pulisic winning a title for USA over Mexico.

It's amazing that Pulisic has already won a trophy with his country while Messi has not, with the caveat that Concacaf Nations League isn't at the same level as Copa America/World Cup.

If USA won it or win it ever than it would massive for them. Hell you would be talking about it for years to come. As opposed this what ever tournament you just won.

What youth tournaments has these exemptions? Hell what youth tournament is for 23 yr olds or so’s 24? Please you would trade your nations whatever for it any day of the week. Any team would.

Biggest wc is the most important trophy duh. This doesn’t mean all the other tournaments are irrelevant. The guy wanted to put pulisic on a pedestal and crown him. Like I said enjoy this small potatoes tournament but it’s no where near Olympics. Hell it might not even last another round while Olympics is here to stay.
