1. Dion Phaneuf Great player
2. Alex Ovechkin Generational player
3. Scott Gomez Sucked so not sure how he is overrated?
4. Roberto Luongo Great goalie terrible contract
5. Dany Heatley Sucked so not sure how he is overrated
6. Ilya Kovalchuk Between great and generational
7. Vincent Lecavalier Between great and generational age slowed him down
8. Jay Bouwmeester Good player but i can see how he is overrated
9. Ryan Kesler Good player but i can see how he is overrated
10. Mike Komisarek Terrible not sure how hes overrated?
11. Chris Pronger Generational player HHOF
12. Jarome Iginla Great player potential HHOF
13. Alexander Semin Great player but i can see how hes overrated
14. Olli Jokinen Sucked not sure how he is overrated
15. Ed Jovanovski Sucked not sure how he is overrated


That list is a complete joke. There's a reason why SI should stick to writing about football and publishing Swimsuit editions.

My general thoughts on each player listed in bold at the time the list was released. The majority of players dont belong on there so its a strange list.
