Caps just need to clean up a little in their own end and they should be fine. Minus a poor box out by CMM, the Caps held up pretty good. If they can generate some more shots on DeSmith, some of them will go in. DeSmith has a sub .900 SV%, so the Caps need to take advantage of it.

Frankly it was a deserved break for the Caps. The officiating looks crappy as they are not calling penalties against the Canucks, and there has been some non called infractions by them!
