Lyalka, Zakharov and Padakin definitely have AHL potential, Lyalka probably even has an NHL one and might be drafted.
However, I don't think the "current situation" will have any impact on how the NHL teams draft and Ukrainian players themselves, with Donbass in place, have the best conditions to play in Ukraine ever. Contrary to your belief, they are probably more reluctant to leave than they have ever been.
Padakin, for example, could've easily stayed in NA but was really eager to sign with Donbass and did that as soon as his season in Calgary was over.
