1) Fitz isn't short-sighted enough to buy during this deadline,
2) Fitz won't commit to long-term contract for Toffoli,

Definitely these dumb decisions are up there for how incompetent Benning was.
It will be interesting to see where Toffoli goes.
They have 3.4 in space rn and would presumably send someone down. Also 9 mill on IR (Not LTIR)
