How many calories did you consume on the bike?
I'm getting really nervous for mine. My training for the most part has all been completed, minus this week. Some great weeks of training, some terrible ones, but over many weeks that's to be expected. My best friends bachelor party is this weekend, and I have to travel for it.... So going to miss some training time because of it, but I'm not missing any of my longer rides as this was a lighter week to begin with anyway.
I know I'm not going to run from start to finish, so I really just need to make sure I take in enough calories and sodium while on the bike. If I do that then I'll have an enjoyable race day. I'd love to be able to run the first half of the run, and that's a goal I kind of have in my mind.... But it's not such a huge goal of mine that I'll be remotely upset if I don't accomplish it. But I'd like to run the first half with nothing other than water breaks, even at an 11 mile pace per.
