Now the Leafs only need to LTIR Horton next year and will have about 16-17M$ to sign 6 (roster size of 20) to 9 (max roster size) players including Marner and Kapanen.

They will be really tight against the capspace ceiling, moreso if Marner signs for more than 10M$ (which he should given his current production), but it should be doable provided Toronto trades one of Brown, Marleau or Zaitsev and signs cheap depth.
