I didn't include donaldson because I felt his price would be so high that he should go without mention, was more referencing the kids.

That being said, I truely believe that no one is truely "untouchable" and if someone gave an unreal package, that you would make the move no matter who they are.

Scenario.

You're Atkins. You're sitting in the office, waiting for calls to be returned.

Cashman calls and says: "You interested in McCann? I want a prospect and you to take on his contract."

What do you say?

I would move Stroman in the right deal.

I'm so so hesitant to move stroman. I think its very much a "what have you done for me recently" type panic move.

If hes the centerpiece for a legit ace with control, sure im listening.

Stroman was an unreal pitcher before and after his injury, looking very much like a legitimate true #1.

I would much rather have him work out his struggles and return to form.

I hang up.

Don't need no 17M backup

Depends on the prospect. But assuming it's low cost I say yes and I flip him.

I mean, that's the only type of deal he would realistically be moved in. A deal for a legit ace.

Little lull in the action.

Tell me what would trade words would make you scream in pain today.

TV: "The Blue Jays have agreed to trade Roberto Osuna...."

Me: "AARRRRRRHGHHHHH!!!!!"

"The Blue Jays have acquired left handed pitcher Jo-Jo Reyes from the Miami Marlins" :sarcasm:
