Why not Sergachev?
At 6.2 / 221 lbs he's physically nhl ready and it have been said that hes probably the most ready of all the d-men drafted this year

Because being NHL ready in execution is way more important than being NHL ready physically.

Sergachev will play on a solid Windsor team that are hosts for the memorial cup. There's absolutely no need to rush him in a top 4 role.

Looking at their D corps and assuming they still think they're contenders or close to it, they probably shouldn't be trading Martinez unless Forbort becomes a top 4 guy this year.

If they wanna blow it up then sure why not.
