Bucs' were also 30th vs the pass and 29th in points allowed. Their 3rd ranked run D was the only thing special about that defense...
The secondaries were really good in the last few weeks. Big steps from Davis, Dean and Murphy-Bunting. Tremendous against the run. Bowles is good specialist, they will be fine.

Well given that Winston threw 30 picks how often did the D have to come back into the field after a defensive series. Wears you out the more your offense turns the ball over.

New England will go through what Buffalo and Miami went through...no franchise QB for x amount of years.

Buffalo (Kelly) and Miami (Marino) suffered for years upon years. Buffalo looks to have one, Miami could possibly draft one this year...
Man, knowing Belichick, he will probably draft someone like that dweeb from Georgia and turn him in to Pro Bowl QB.

Maybe not close to Brady, but a Pro Bowl QB.

Insane, can’t believe it actually happened.

So excited to watch that team play. I also think their D is better than the numbers suggest. When your QB throws 30 picks your D is going to constantly be tired and coming back on the field when they should be resting. Brady now has Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, OJ Howard, Ronald Jones. No excuses for him not having any weapons anymore.

My red hot take of the day: Jameis Winston to the Pats

LMAO.

Just think about it, Miami went from Bob Griese..to a stop gap in Woodley then 17 years of Marino.

Buffalo had mediocre QB then Jim Kelly took over for 12 years.

New England went with Bledsoe then To Brady for 20 years.

The Jets have been in QB abyss since Joe Namath.
Whats your point? That all 3 of those franchises are extremely poorly run? I dont think anyone would disagree with that.

Or is your point that Josh Allen is a franchise QB? Because if that's the case and Josh Allen is the bar, the Patriots should have no problem finding another "franchise" qb
