Tippett has to manage players in various stages of health and hot or cold status, and not to put younger players in over their heads. I’d say he’s done an admirable job.

The Oilers are a better team than they were last year, even if day to day results are streaky.

Seems to me those with a bone to pick want things successful NHL coaches won’t do, even if we fire Tippett tomorrow, we’re not going to put McDavid on an island with lesser forwards just to keep one line together, we’re not going to toss in younger players sink or swim, and we’re not going to bench capable minute eating defensemen who keep goals against down for all puck movers because moar rush offense.

I actually you were using a euphemism in your OP on this matter. ;)

They're all females. 2 female cats and a wife, I'm surrounded by complaining in surround audio. No euphemism required heh

They don't even take turns complaining, its a free for all..even without inlaws around
