Yeah...I really hope he is as smart as proclaimed b/c if he is another Bill Barber where he just demands things with no real X and O's strategy beyond what we've seen so far then it's going to be a painful season of more drama.

Here are a few of my points.

The team psyche is so bad right now. They need to go into this "break" with a mindset that their record is 0-0 with in a 74 game season and hope to go 15 wins in there next 20.

Was it Steven's or Lavi that basically instituted their own reset standings in the lockeroom on a white board? Man the more things change the more things stay the same...

Yeah I get that but I'm commenting on how they are still well coached out of the gate..something we haven't seen in quite some time...

I think the talent level is quite different, makes it look easier.
