I saw someone suggest earlier a rule where it would be a penalty if a team with the puck voluntarily brought the puck back a zone in OT and after tonight I agree with it.

Also put a timer on getting the puck out of the defensive zone. Violate either and it's a DOG

If you’re going to lose doing it in a shootout is the way to do it. Keeps the caps from accumulating ROWs for a tiebreaker and now we have a point on the wings for that 1st wild card spot

Gotta do something, that OT was just horrible to watch. Even caps fans would have to be a little bored, it was awful.
