so GMs know that Jagr has flaws, but don't notice Ryder's?

Where did you come up with that?

He never said that and gave an explicit explanation as to why GMs might prefer Ryder over Jagr; because of his younger age and because a change of scenery might be able to help Ryder as things just aren't working here with him - they may be more willing to take their chances on a younger guy with some flaws. It was pretty clear. Not sure how you continuously come up with stuff for so many people's posts that aren't even near to what they said.

Jagr fits our system. You could say he is at his peak and could go down in another system.

Ryder doesn't fit at all. Can argue in a different system he could flourish. One is 43 the other is 34.

Honestly I don't think either gets traded. I 100% believe Lou plans to keep Jagr and bring him back another year.
